Founded in 1992, Blockade Defence Service began as a small team of dedicated security professionals with a singular mission: to bring military-grade discipline and accountability to the private security sector in Gujarat.

Over three decades, under the visionary leadership of Ramchet Tripathi, we have grown into one of the region's most respected security agencies — trusted by government departments, public sector undertakings, and leading industrial houses alike.

Founder & Director

With a vision forged through decades of hands-on experience in the security industry, Ramchet Tripathi established Blockade Defence Service to fill a critical gap in Gujarat's security landscape. His leadership philosophy centers on three pillars: unwavering discipline, continuous modernisation, and absolute integrity in government dealings.

Under his direction, the agency has secured contracts with multiple Central and State government departments, achieved GeM registration for streamlined procurement, and maintained a spotless PSARA compliance record since its inception.

Himansu Tripathi

Chief Executive Officer

As CEO, Himansu Tripathi drives the strategic growth and modernisation of Blockade Defence Service. With a focus on technology integration and operational efficiency, he leads the agency's expansion into new sectors including banking security, government infrastructure protection, and integrated manpower solutions across Gujarat.

Under his leadership, the agency has strengthened its GeM presence, streamlined procurement processes, and built long-term partnerships with leading public and private sector organizations.

1992

Foundation

Blockade Defence Service established in Ahmedabad by Ramchet Tripathi with an initial team of 15 security professionals.

1998

Industrial Expansion

Expanded operations to serve major industrial estates in Naroda, Odhav, and Vatva. Personnel strength crossed 100.

2005

PSARA Certification

Became one of the first agencies in Gujarat to receive full PSARA licensing under the newly enacted regulation.

2012
